Tax Exemptions - R.A. 9504

Finally! The bill is now approved and 15 days after it is published in a newspaper, it will have to be implemented. This can help the Filipino a lot, especially now that we are in a crisis. Rice shortage, gasoline prices increasing on a weekly basis, food prices going up, fare prices also increasing... any more crisis to put us down? This bill will not really give us more money to spend on any luxury, in fact, I doubt if it would be enough to cover for our necessities.

R.A. 9504 gives tax exemptions to minimum wage earners and additional tax exemptions for single, head of the family and married tax payers. This is good news for me as a an employee working on the graveyard shift because it also gives tax exemptions to our night differential.
