From the West Coast to the East Coast

This summer, I had the opportunity to see several places here in the US. Our first stop, Yellowstone National Park. I will never forget this place. Being on top of an active volcano for the first time is a one of a kind experience. Seeing geysers and land formations with magnificent colors, and not to forget the bears and the wolves we saw. The herds of bisons that got us caught in traffic. Cute little chipmunks that beg for food.

We also passed by Wyoming where we saw Buffalo Bill Dam and the Devils Tower. Then proceeded to South Dakota for Mt. Rushmore, and of course we did not dare skip the very famous Wall Drug. We also saw the Minuteman Missile. Iowa was also part of our route, then we proceeded to Kansas where I met up with my college friend Edith.

Oklahoma was our next stop, where we passed by places hit by tornadoes in the past. Then we got went to Texas to see the buried Cadillacs, and moved to Sta. Fe New Mexico. We saw a lot of Indian crafts along the way.

Arizona was also memorable with its Petrified forest and the Grand Canyon. After which, we proceeded to Utah for Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. Finally, we dropped by Las Vegas Nevada to see some shows.
