I am making this post as a result of my disappointment with smart bro for the connection problems that I have been having since December. The problem progressed and it really hit me bad last Sunday (Feb 14).
A week ago, my connection would go off for 30 mins and recover. Lately however, it goes off for hours! It usually happens at night. What amused me is that I am not the only person having the same problem with smart bro.
I posted a shoutout at facebook and several people reacted. I am doing a screenshot and of my FB post at the end of this blog post.
May this serve as a warning for those who are planning to get a smart bro connection.

Update.. they did come at 1pm.. and what they did is put that antenna at the toppest part of the pole...
Feb 19 - called them to request for a rebate and was informed it is pending approval and that I will get a feedback after 24 hrs..
Feb 21 - it is now 12:21am I am on the phone.. been waiting they put me on hold for 4 mins and FYI told them I am willing to wait but do not play that loud music I hate hearing that! hahaha!
The cust service rep is back and she told me.... it is still on process and we advise to wait another 24 hrs! duh!! as usual! SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!

As always.. a very delayed action on the problems of your consumers. FYI I requested for a rebate on Feb 19 @3pm and was advised to wait for 24 hrs to get a response from your support group... after 24 hours.. I did not get an advisory so decided to call your hotline again and was advised to wait for another 24 hrs... then another 24 hrs passed and I called again on Feb 22.. and guess what... I got a text message informing me my request for rebate has been processed.. TAKE NOTE: on Feb 23! Very excellent service! keep up the slow service problem response to your clients like how your connection is.. SLOW.. FYI I still get intermittent connection and just thinking of calling your customer service to file another report and being told to wait for hours and days just makes me want to think of having this connection replaced!
